How much does concierge security cost in Toronto?
The right answer to that question lives in a short conversation, not a webpage. Every Chromium proposal is engineered to the property — coverage hours, building size, scope, certifications, the particulars of the community. What drives the cost of condo security?
Four factors. Coverage hours (24/7 vs partial). Property size and complexity. Scope of services (concierge-only vs concierge plus patrol plus reporting). Specialised certifications (fire watch, CCTV monitoring). Location within the GTA has a minor effect.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Standard agreements are 12 months with mutual termination clauses. Shorter arrangements are available for transitions, renovation coverage, or event coverage. Contracts are plain-language and reviewed line by line with the board.
What's included in a Chromium Guard proposal?
A detailed scope of services, hourly rates, proposed officer schedule, training plan for the property, reporting cadence, escalation procedures, insurance and licensing documentation, and references from comparable GTA properties.
