Permanently delete this building and every unit, access code and permit attached to it. A property you no longer hold the contract for can be removed here. This cannot be undone.
Choose which visitor pass types this property offers, and set each unit's free allowance per period. Leave an allowance blank for unlimited. Turn off any type you don't want residents to be able to choose.
Bulk-generate codes (CSV download)
Paste unit labels (one per line or comma-separated). Existing units get a fresh code; new units are created.

Generate a clean, print-ready report for the selected building β property header, parking policy, and every pass grouped by unit. Open it and choose "Save as PDF" to send a property manager, or download the raw CSV.
Create login accounts for your team. Admins manage everything, all properties. A Property manager sees only their one building β its settings, units & codes, permits and reports β and is your client portal. Employees (guards) sign in on the Verify page to look up plates. Each person signs in with their own username & password and can change it themselves.
